Baby Reflexology

Today Tallulah and I went to a Baby Reflexology class taught by my own yummy mummy Suzanne. My Mum is a Doula, Hypnobirthing Practitioner, Reflexologist and a long list of other magical things. With her wealth of knowledge, wisdom and nurturing love, I have had/am having the most blessed pregnancy to motherhood experience.

During pregnancy she gave me regular reflexology treatments,
nutritional vitamins and shakes, hypnobirth classes, unconditional love and endless advice on bringing a baby to this world in a holistic, spiritual and honouring way. She empowered me to be a goddess and to not be afraid to achieve the birth i desired for me and my baby!

Here is us when I was about 36ish weeks
pregnant :-)
And here is her website http://www.divinelynurtured.co.uk

The reflexology class was good fun! Arran came with baby Sophie and Trudy too. Arran and I learnt hypnobirthing together so it was really lovely to share the class back in the same place we learnt hypno with our bumps! Today we focused on the digestive reflexs on the babies foot, and practised on little rubber baby sized feet :-) Tallulah and Sophie were very cute and rolled around chomping everything they could!

After that finished I had some lunch with Mum, mmm...nice pitta bread wraps with chilli sauce! Tallulah was a bit sleepy so i fed her on the sofa, and we both ended up napping for 2 hours! Such bliss! I rarely get to do that now as there are so many little jobs to do around the house! After tea we came home, had a bath together and now Tallulah is sleeping and I am shortly joining her! She is definitely finding going to sleep a lot easier now and doesn't fight it as much!
